Biography
Native daughter of Seattle, WA, Amelia graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.A. in Religious Studies. Amelia recently joined CCPD bringing with her 17+ years of Human Resources and Administrative Support Services experience from diverse industries including: home health, finance, grocery retail, and non-profit.
During the height of COVID, Amelia took some time away to pursue her passion in birth work as a childbirth educator, doula, and midwife assistant. She as taken a break from the on-call life but still teaches childbirth education regularly.
Amelia is a dynamic and energetic educator passionate about helping others unlock their own "why?" She lives locally with her partner and children.
