Dear Campus Community,
Several campus offices are relocating to accommodate space needs and improve the use of existing facilities. Some moves are already underway, with others scheduled over the coming months. Please note the following office locations and anticipated timelines:
Human Resources: HR temporarily relocated from Glendening Hall to the basement of Calvert Hall on Oct. 5. The office is expected to move to the Rectory on Dec. 16, subject to facility readiness.
Capital Planning, Design & Construction: CPDC relocated from Calvert Hall to Daugherty-Palmer Commons on Sept. 28.
Counseling Services: Counseling Services will relocate to Glendening Hall, Suite 170, between Oct. 30 and Nov. 2.
Public Safety: The Office of Public Safety will relocate to Margaret Brent Hall between Nov. 3 and Nov. 8.
Business Office: The Business Office will relocate from Glendening Hall to Calvert Hall between Jan. 4 and Jan. 8, 2027. Beginning Jan. 8, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Procurement will be located in the basement of Calvert Hall, and the Budget Office will be on the third floor. Accounts Receivable will remain on the first floor of Glendening Hall.
Existing office telephone numbers and contact information will remain unchanged. Campus directories, departmental websites and other institutional resources will be updated to reflect the new locations. Any changes to the anticipated move dates will be shared as they are confirmed.
