The men's basketball team improved on last year's win total, recording 10 victories in the 2018-19 season. The Seahawks advanced to the CAC Tournament Quarterfinals where they fell to York. Spencer Schultz was selected to the All-CAC First Team. The 6-7 forward led the Seahawks in scoring, averaging 17.4 points per game, good for third in the conference. Schultz also paced the Seahawks in rebounds with 7.4 per game and field goal percentage (59.5), which is the third-best mark in the CAC.
The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's basketball team collected seven victories this season and advanced to the CAC Tournament Quarterfinals where they fell to Christopher Newport. Gina Seifert was selected to the All-CAC Second Team in her first year with the Seahawks. The 5-11 forward led the Seahawks in scoring with 10.4 points per game and averaged a team-best 7.4 rebounds per game, good for third in the conference. Additionally, Seifert paced the Seahawks in field goal percentage, shooting 45.7 percent from the field and led St. Mary's College with five double-doubles.
The Seahawk men's and women's swimming teams competed well at the CAC Championships that were hosted here at St. Mary's College. All-CAC performers were:

St. Mary's College men's lacrosse had their most successful season since they won 12 games during the 2013 season. The Seahawks collected 10 win this year and finished 3-3 in the CAC. St. Mary's College hosted a home playoff game but fell in the contest.
The Seahawk women's lacrosse team finished 9-9 this year and hosted a home playoff game where they fell to Christopher Newport. St. Mary's College racked up the CAC postseason honors as Lucy Gussio was named Rookie of the Year, while Emma Brown, Mary Kate Fitz-Patrick, and Caitlin Katchmar collected All-CAC Second Team honors.
St. Mary's College of Maryland baseball recorded eight wins this season. Junior Bowen Plagge was selected to the All-CAC Second Team. The Leonardtown, Maryland native led the Seahawks in a number of offensive statistical categories, including runs (32), hits (56), doubles (12), triples (3), home runs (7), RBI (35), stolen bases (12), batting average (.421), on base percentage (.463), and slugging percentage (.714).
The Seahawks sailing teams are still competing and have qualified for the Sperry Women's National Championships that will take place from May 21-24. The Seahawks also qualified for the Gill Dinghy National Championships that will take place from May 28-31.
