Sarah Grzyb

Biography

As the 2024-2025 SMCM Sustainability Fellow, I'm excited to return to the beautiful campus of St. Mary's and serve as an advocate for campus-wide sustainability needs! I majored in Environmental Studies and double minored in Music and English, so I care very strongly about integrating culture, community, and the arts into sustainability activism. This year, I aim to support the mitigation of SMCM's most urgent sustainability issues such as food waste and energy overconsumption as well as support student-led sustainability projects and initiatives. Providing our campus with the information, inspiration, and resources needed to engage in sustainable practices both large and small is what I hope to accomplish!
