Career Story: I became captivated by Budapest and became a Study Abroad Advisor but I lost my job when the world shut down. When I found a job in career development, I developed a new passion for helping students achieve their professional goals.
About: I graduated from McDaniel College in 2017 and received a Bachelor of Arts in History and
International Relations and a minor in French. That summer I moved down to Southern Maryland and began working at St. Mary's College of Maryland through IEP, a study abroad consulting company and served as the Study Abroad Advisor for the campus. In July 2020 I began working in the career center as the Internship Coordinator and developed a new passion for helping students achieve their professional goals. Currently I serve as the Employer Relations and Events Coordinator and am excited to continue supporting students in their career development.
Mentor Story: When I think of mentors in my life, the first that comes to mind is the supervisor of my federal work study abroad job during my senior year at McDaniel College. Through her, I discovered and became drawn to a field I didn’t know existed.
