The Wellness Center, in partnership with *Valerie Stancill of Purposed for Wellness, LLC., is honored to bring (on-and off-campus) SMCM students who are BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) identifying, a collective therapeutic experience for holistic wellness and healing.
2020 has been a turbulent year, especially for those representing BIPOC communities, so please consider setting aside a few hours a week to receive support, care, and respite from the noise.
Each session will integrate therapeutic practices with energy healing for the overall goal of emotional health replenishment and nourishment. Energy healing includes concepts of Self-Care, Distance Energy Healing, Reiki, Sound Harmonics, Meditation and Breath Work as participants see fit. One may participate as much, or as little, as needed to invest into their overall wellness objectives. Like all Wellness Center services, group facilitators will maintain confidentiality throughout this experience. This modality, although unique, will inspire, educate, and empower!
Make sure you sign up today as space is limited, we look forward to walking this journey with you.
