This event is the 2019 Constitution Day Lecture. Each year the Center for the Study of Democracy hosts a lecture or event to commemorate the ratification and adoption of the United States Constitution. This year's programming will feature a public lecture delivered by Dr. Darrell M. West. Dr. West is vice president and director of Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution, where he holds the Douglas Dillon Chair. He is also founding director of the Center for Technology Innovation at Brookings and Editor-in-Chief of TechTank. Dr. West's lecture will focus on cyber security and election interference with a focus on American democracy.
