Visiting Assistant Professor of English
Daniel Yu received a PhD in Comparative Literature in 2018 from Emory University, where he was the Dean’s Teaching Fellow at the Center for Faculty Development and Excellence. His research is focused on the representation of gift-giving and disinterest in eighteenth-century texts. He has taught English, Comparative Literature, Religion, and Creative Writing courses. He holds a MFA in Creative Writing (poetry) from the University of California, Irvine.
