Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches participants how to help adults aged 18 and older experiencing a mental health challenge, crisis, or addiction issue. The course introduces common mental health challenges and teaches a five-step action plan for how to help adults in both crisis and non-crisis situations, as well as how to refer individuals to resources, professional help, and self-help.
