Tomorrow the College is hosting our September Open House from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.. Visiting college campuses is one of the most important and influential things a student should do in their college search process.

The Office of Admission and their campus colleagues have invested a lot of time and effort into planning an event that incorporates important safety protocols for our community and guests.

The theme of this open house is “Create your own Adventure.” Rather than following a traditional program in which everyone is participating in the same session at the same time, attendees may participate in any of the activities at their leisure. This format is meant to minimize concentrations of guests in one area. The outdoor quad between Montgomery Hall and the MPOBARC will be the center of activity for the program.

The Open House has been redesigned from past on-campus programs to include the following measures:

  • Guests will present proof of vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours, per the College’s Guest Policy.
  • Validated guests will receive wristbands at a single-point check-in.
  • Masks must be worn indoors by everyone, except when eating or drinking.
  • The outer doors of the recreation courts will be open for ventilation and ceiling fans will provide increased air flow.
  • Indoor space capacity limits will be monitored.
  • Great Room hours have been extended. Food service be available beginning at 9:00 a.m..
  • Additional outdoor dining is available on the Campus Center Patio.
  • Event attendance has been limited by closing registration early.

Please welcome our prospective students to campus.

Go ‘Hawks!
