The Office of Information Technology (OIT) offices in Baltimore Hall has been open up until now, thus, we are implementing a new schedule. Beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the OIT office will be staffed for scheduled appointments Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY. The Office will NOT be staffed M/W/F, however, we will continue to be monitoring and responding to help desk tickets remotely.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, absolutely NO walk-ins will be allowed. Appointments will be scheduled only for things that require Face-to-Face---picking up equipment etc. To schedule an appointment, please submit a HelpDesk Ticket by visiting the OIT website at www.smcm.edu/it and submitting a ticket. Please note that all support for OIT services will be conducted remotely until further notice.
