To the SMCM Campus Community,
In addition to the summer HVAC renovation project, the Library, Archives, & Media Center is also renovating existing space on the first floor to bring the Writing & Speaking Center into the main building. Contractors will begin work on the new Writing & Speaking Center offices in area 131 (directly overlooking St. John's Pond) of the Library on Tuesday, July 16th.
The first phase of the project will be to remove the carpet in the area. On Wednesday, July 17th, carpenters will start construction on the new office and tutoring areas.
During the construction phase please pardon the noise and the dust!
